With exclusive access to dozens of different local foods and beverages all in the picturesque Rymill Park – just a cheddar roll from Adelaide CBD – CheeseFest is a festival for all!

Whether you’re a die hard foodie, a craft beer fanatic, a home fermenter, Australia’s top wino or you simply want to have a picnic and enjoy the live music with your friends and family, CheeseFest is the place to be.

There are a wide variety of events on offer over the weekend including:

Over ONE HUNDRED food and beverage stalls featuring SA (and Australia’s) best and brightest cheese, food and beverage producers with fresh, local produce int he picturesque Rymill Park

Free Cooking Demos and Masterclasses from renowned Chefs and Fermenters

Guided tastings from some of the top cheesemakers, brewers, distillers and vintners in the business

Oh, and TWO G&T bars, if you just want to wet your whistle

Stroll on over to our French, Italian, and Spanish Quarters (The best European cheeses and wines, without the jetlag!)

Tarts, Toasties, and Tea for those who feel like relaxing

Last year we were blessed with the AMAZING Matt Preston as our Cheese Master – our Master of Fromage. Who will it be this year? Will Matt reprise his role? Keep an eye out to find out!

Saturday October 27 – 11:00am to 8:00pm (last drinks 7:30pm)

Sunday October 28 – 11:00am to 5:00pm (last drinks 4:30pm)

A way to explore the globe without the jet-lag
A tasting journey around the East End of Adelaide. Showcasing 8 wine capitals of the world with their Australian counterparts. Matched grazing boards featuring award winning Australian Cheese and produce to keep you fueled on the journey – leave the compression socks at home for this one.

12.30 pm Sat 26th Oct – Sparkling Wines of The World
In search of Fizz!! Exploring the fun and frivolous sparkling wines of the world. A taste across France, Europe, and Australia too!

2.30 pm Sat 26th Oct – Coast to Rhone
From the coast to the hills – a tasting tour from the South of France to the Hills of the Rhone. An introduction to the wines of Languedoc, Provence, Rhone, and the Island of Corsica.

4.30 pm Sat 26th Oct – A trip to Priorat, Garnatxa (Grenache) capital of the world!
Come on a road trip with The Spanish Acquisition. We roll like this …
Fly into el Prats, Barcelona airport. Grab an Audi. Take off South along the Penedes coastline. Half an hour out, we’ll refresh with a brilliant Penedes sparkling. We’ll take a turn through the chalk slopes of Terra Alta and gather a brilliant fresh-but-textured Garnatxa Blanca. Then the thrills begin in earnest. We drive up over the Montsant range and down into a lost world, the Priorat valley.

6.30 pm Sat 26th Oct – Ciao Bella!
Italy’s most nobel wine state – Pidemont – a taste across the hills and the valleys – from bubbles to Barolo!

11am Sun 27th Oct – The Wines of Germany
Achtung! Germany makes more than just the world’s most sought after Riesling – let us introduce you to the other great wines of Deutchland

1.00 pm Sun 27th Oct The World Tour
A comprehensive tasting of wines from the new and old World of wine. Crossing Europe, Australia, The Americas and more!

3:00pm Sun 27th Oct – The Great South Australian Wine Tour
A South Australian expedition – Exploring the unique wine regions from the country’s most productive wine state. Adelaide Hills to The Coonawarra, Mclaren Vale to the Barossa – wines that makes South Australia the best.

Transport Info:

The New O-Bahn drops you directly at our door, as does the new Tram system on North Terrace!

There is public parking available off Rundle St, North Terrace, Bartels Rd and Flinders St – All a few minutes walk from Rymill Park.
