For one night only, Super Ling will take over Iberia’s kitchen to bring you an epic eight-course Chinese banquet.

British-born publican, Iain Ling, who reinvigorated Melbourne’s Hotel Lincoln to win Time Out Melbourne’s Pub of the Year 2017, teams up with chef Micheal Li (a.k.a Super Mike) (Movida/Lee Ho Fook) to bring us Super Ling!

Li and Ling share Hakka heritage, a culture originating on China’s Central Plain and now found in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, among others, which will inspire the menu – think umami-rich dumplings and braises.
