East End Unleashed
As Adelaide Fringe takes over the city, East End Unleashed transforms Rundle Street and the surrounding laneways into one of Adelaide’s biggest outdoor festival destinations.
Across selected Fringe weekends, the streets become a pedestrian-friendly celebration of food, music and performance, with extended outdoor dining, world-class buskers, live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere that flows throughout the precinct. Visitors can wander freely between restaurants, bars, boutiques and pop-up performances while soaking up the energy that makes the East End one of the city’s favourite places to spend a summer evening.
Whether you’re visiting before a Fringe show, enjoying a night out with friends or bringing the family into the city, East End Unleashed offers something around every corner. Road Closures
Throughout Adelaide Fringe, selected sections of Rundle Street are closed to traffic from 5:00pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, creating a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly festival precinct. The closures allow restaurants and bars to expand onto the street while visitors enjoy live entertainment, outdoor dining and the lively atmosphere of East End Unleashed.
