Long awaited restaurant & bar Iberia opened its doors this month, visitors can experience authentic Spanish cuisine inspired by the Iberian Peninsula. Iberia is owned and operated by Head Chef Andrew Douglas and brothers Tom and James Roden, who are also known for their ridiculously good coffee at Vardon Avenue’s Exchange Specialty Coffee.
The kitchen uses locally sourced produce, mainly from the garden owned and run by the brothers and Head Chef. The initiative sees the team regularly tending and harvesting the garden themselves as they aim to keep their produce organic.
The bar boasts an impressive selection of Sherry imported from Spain that adds to the authenticity to each dish served, as well as their local and imported wine selection.
